The stand is designed for testing different types of vibrations:

search for resonant frequencies,
sinusoidal vibration at a given frequency
sinusoidal vibration in the frequency range from 3 to 1000 Hz
random vibration

Maximum load of the stand: 100 kg.

Maximum acceleration: 100 g.

Vibration tests can be carried out in the climate chamber, which is equipped with a stand.

Internal dimensions of the camera: 800 x 800 x 800 mm.

Temperature range: -40 … + 150 °C.

Humidity: 20 …. 98%.

Corrosion Chamber

It tests the corrosion resistance of the test object by creating a moist environment inside the chamber and a salt mist from a specially prepared solution. Depending on the task and the test procedure, the camera is programmed to operate automatically for a set time. Mist spraying is possible both continuously and according to the time set in the program.

Cyclic Pressure Stand Impulse Test Stand

The stand is designed to perform tests for cyclic changes in internal pressure inside the test object (these may be tubes, heat exchangers, etc.)

Internal test medium: water / oil / ethylene glycol.

Pressure range: 0.1 – 50 bar.

Pressure change frequency from 1.0 ± 0.5 Hz. The frequency is set in the program.

Temperature of the test medium: 25 – 150 S

The stand includes a chamber for creating an ambient temperature in the range of 25-150 C.

Internal dimensions of the camera: L1000*W1000*H800 mm

Climate chamber

The camera is designed to create different climatic conditions.

Temperature range: -40 … + 150 C.

Air humidity range: 20 … 98% RH

Internal dimensions of the camera: 930 × 650 × 550 mm.

Radiator functional test bench

At this stand, radiators of the engine cooling system and condensers of the car’s air conditioning system can be tested for thermal efficiency, external air pressure drop before and after the heat exchanger, and internal pressure drop.

Air velocity range: 0 – 10 m/s,

Air temperature in front of the heat exchanger: 25 – 60 oC

The temperature of the liquid inside the radiator: 25 – 95 oC

When testing the condenser, the stand works simultaneously with the stand “11.MICU.0008.00 – Module-test stand for climate control systems”.

Picture-12

Module-test bench for climate installations

The stand is designed for testing heat exchangers (radiator, evaporator) for functional parameters both separately and as part of a climate control unit. With the help of the stand, the heating capacity indicators, the external pressure drop through the air, and the internal pressure drop of the coolant are recorded.

Air flow range: 0 – 1200 m3/s

Air temperature in front of the heat exchanger: 25 – 60 C

The temperature of the liquid inside the radiator: 25 – 95 C

When testing the evaporator of the air conditioning system, the stand works simultaneously with the stand “11.SIR.0010.00 Radiator functional test stand“.
