On October 29, FROST was organized to install and service car air conditioners of its own design. The goal is to create climate control systems for the entire model range of AVTOVAZ vehicles.
1998-2001
Development of air conditioners for 21103, 2109, 2115, 21213, 2123 cars. The result of the work was a certified air conditioner for 21103, tested in VAZ. Supply of air conditioners to automobile assembly plants “BRONTO”, “Motorika”, “Super-Auto”.
2004
Entering the international market: regular deliveries of air conditioners to Latin America, Europe, Asia.
2005
Development of air conditioner 2123 and start of piping kits deliveries to CJSC “JI-EM AvtoVAZ”.
2006
Development of air conditioner on “Kalina” and deliveries to Cuba.
2011
Launch of production of heat exchangers using NOCOLOK technology.
2012
Start of deliveries to UAZ LLC of tubes for Sanden climate control system of UAZ-Patriot car.
2014
Start of serial deliveries of air conditioners for LADA 4×4 URBAN at VIS-AVTO.
2015
Passing a full set of tests and bringing the design of the Niva Urban air conditioner into compliance with the requirements of AVTOVAZ JSC. Start of serial deliveries of a complete set of air conditioner for Niva Urban cars to the assembly line of AVTOVAZ.
2016
Nomination from NAMI for the supply of pipelines for heating and air conditioning systems for the Cortege car. Establishment of a laboratory for testing climatic systems and their components: HVAC, pipelines, radiators, condensers.
2017
Launch of an extrusion line for aluminum profiles (pipes) using Conform technology.
2019
Completion of development and start of production of electronically controlled HVAC and HVM modules for LADA 4×4 car.
2020
Nomination from RSMA Rus for the supply of capacitors to the plant in Kaluga for the B9 project.
2021
Localization of condensers with built-in receiver – dryer; Expansion of technological base, purchase of checking and testing equipment.
2023
Significant increase in production capacity for pipelines and heat exchangers. Automation of production.
